WHY BE A PART OF THE COMMUNITY?
Embrace the Novicehood

So you’re a runner? Or you want to be one? I am right there with you. I used to love running back when I was in school. In fact at one point I did get people to take notice when I ran 100 and 200 meters. But then, something changed. I grew up and running became a thing of the past.
I gave running another try back in 2022 and guess what? I could barely run a minute and a half before taking a break and heaving for air! It took years for me to be able to run first 10 minutes. I know! That’s an awful lot of time, and that coined with the fact that I could only come across super elite runners online – who could run 2 hours straight at warp speed – I started to feel that my achievements were small.
‘Beginner Runner’ is a small community for all you beginners out there who want to start running. I am right here with you, celebrating your first 5-minute run, your first kilometer, your first perfect week. I am here for all of it! Right now this is just a small blog, where I talk about my experiences, and perhaps recommend a few (not too expensive) running gear. Hopefully I can turn this into something bigger over time. Thanks for reading so far. And remember:
Your Best Run Is Yet to Come!
